We have had requests regarding shipping on small items. We ...view morewill ship under the following circumstances only:
1) contact us with request before 8pm 11/16 when auction begins to close;
2) agreement to $10 flat service/transfer/packing fee;
3) agreement to pay actual cost of USPS flat rate shipping; and
4) payment by credit card in advance with 3% additional card processing fee added on total.
Shipping charges will be paid separately after the auction closes and after purchases are paid for on Auction Ninja.

The address for pickup will be provided in winning bidders’ invoices.

Two Pick Up Dates Are Offered: Friday, November 18th from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm -- and – Saturday, November 19th from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Per our Terms any items not picked up during the two pick up days/times offered will be abandoned/forfeited without refund. If you are not agreeable to the abandonment/forfeiture terms of this sale, we advise you not to bid, as there will be NO EXCEPTIONS.

There will be help on site with larger items, but NO PACKING MATERIALS. We encourage you to check out your winnings before leaving. NOTE HOWEVER that all items are sold AS-IS and any QUESTIONS should be asked before bidding, not at pick up.
