Images of items I won were not thorough enough. I trusted that if there was damage, it would be noted, but I was very wrong. Pickup experience was not at all convenient or easy. Items had been outside under a tent for who knows how long, and getting to my purchases meant we had to move their staging tables and several others' purchases first. Will not bid on their auctions again.

Jen - If you had a problem with any items at time of pickup we would have given you a refund, nothing was mentioned. The items were under the tents for previews during the duration of the auction. During pickup depending on when you arrive items do have to be moved and re-arranged.rnrnLarry
