Images of items I won were not thorough enough. I trusted that if there was damage, it would be noted, but I was very wrong. Pickup experience was not at all convenient or easy. Items had been outside under a tent for who knows how long, and getting to my purchases meant we had to move their staging tables and several others' purchases first. Will not bid on their auctions again.
