Seller emphasizes that the buyer must schedule a pickup time. Good luck with that. Texts and phone calls went unanswered. Zero response. When I finally called the business number (by the way, the confirmation email actually says you should *not* call but I took my chance), I was told that actually the contact info provided was incorrect. Was there any effort to correct the known problem? Nope. It was very frustrating, and all I wanted to do was to follow the instructions that they provided.
