Payment:
All payments processed through AuctionNinja.com or pre arranged payment approved by Winney Auction.

Pick-up/Shipping:

Winney Auction & Appraisal LLC assumes all lots will be picked up rather than shipped.
We pack only upon request and after the buyer has confirmed the shipping address via txt. No international shipping.
All shipping costs are at buyer’s expense and offered via USPS Priority Mail or additional shipping method, if requested
and approved by the seller at checkout.

Forfeiture:
Any auction lot items not picked up during assigned time frame will be considered forfeiture. if you cant make it, call us, occasionally we can arrange additional options.
If auction lot items cannot be picked up at designated location during assigned time frame or shipping invoice is not paid
as stated in Shipping Terms, and an alternate agreement is not reached 2 hours prior to either shipping/pickup deadlines
the item(s) will be considered forfeiture with no refunds and Winney Auction & Appraisal LLC will retain possession.
