discretion. By bidding you understand and agree to all seller’s terms and any bids placed are a binding contract to
purchase auction lot if buyer is winning bidder. All items sold “as-is, where-is” with no implied, written, or expressed
guarantees and/or warranties. All items are described to the best of the seller’s ability. Any condition statement is given
as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion, and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Seller shall have no
responsibility for any errors or omissions. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect
condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. All pictures offered as part of
condition statement. Any further inquiries on condition should be made to Winney Auction & Appraisal LLC before bidding.


Payment:
All payments processed through AuctionNinja.com.

Pick-up/Shipping:
Local free pick-up at designated location within assigned time frame. Any auction lot items not picked up during assigned
time frame will be considered forfeiture. Please bring your own packing and transport materials, if necessary
(wrapping paper, bubble wrap, boxes, dolly, hand trucks, etc.).

Winney Auction & Appraisal LLC pickup location is 22 Perkins Rd, Rindge, NH. hours: Sat 12pm-4pm.
We offer shipping for some items and only outside of a 50 mile radius of Rindge, NH.
We do not ship large objects or anything over 10 pounds or items that are unusually fragile
(i.e., severely cracked vase). If you are unsure if we can ship a lot for you, please ask BEFORE YOU BID.
Winney Auction & Appraisal LLC assumes all lots will be picked up rather than shipped.
We pack only upon request and after the buyer has confirmed the shipping address. No international shipping.
All shipping costs are at buyer’s expense and offered via USPS Priority Mail or additional shipping method, if requested
and approved by the seller at checkout.

Forfeiture:
If auction lot items cannot be picked up at designated location during assigned time frame or shipping invoice is not paid
as stated in Shipping Terms, and an alternate agreement is not reached 2 hours prior to either shipping/pickup deadlines
the item(s) will be considered forfeiture and Winney Auction & Appraisal LLC will retain possession.
