This Auction will be largely comprised of one consignor's lifelong collection of toys. Highlighting the auction is a group of Doepke Model Metal toys from the 1950's. These toys were given to the consignor ...view moreas a young boy who was not allowed to play with these toys outside the house. The result is that this group of Doepkes is in excellent original condition with light play wear. This group of toys presents a rare opportunity to acquire a single owner toy which is unusual as most 65+year old toys have gone through a litany of owners during that period. This auction will also include a large number of toy steam engines and accessories including Mamod and Wilesco plus others. There are also Mattel Sizzlers, baseball cards, comic books and assorted other vintage toys. In addition to the toys, there are three Turkey Red Cigarette Sport Cards, large format, from 1911of two baseball players and an era boxer that are all quite scarce, 1999 Pokemon cards & games, GI Joe dolls & clothes, and Furby dolls . A collection of vintage automotive books and a collection of vintage historical books primarily related to New Hampshire will be included as well.
