Item Description

This handsome and distinguished looking young man, Ralph E. Bartlett, was well painted. Artist unknown. This portrait was among the artwork collected by Joseph W.P. Frost, and unlike numerous pieces of artwork with notes attached, it is unknown why this piece was in Frost's collection. The fact that it was there indicates this must have had some special meaning or was a distinguished person (our personal conjecture).
