Portrait is from a daguerreotype by Brady engraved by R. Whitechurch. Overall size is 10.25" x 6.75", good condition. "Entered according to an act of Congress in the year 1865 by the Rice, Rutter & Co. in the Clerk's office of the District Court of the United States in and for the district of Pennsylvania."

Although this signature has not been authenticated, the winning bidder will received a note card certifying that the document came from the personal collection of Joseph W.P. Frost signed by the currently owner (and cousin to Joe Frost) Ira Frost ,a world renowned bird carver whose signature itself will one day worth something.
