First book is a paperback "Why Not the Best" by Jimmy Carter, signed "Jimmy Carter" on the title page. Title page has a small water stain at the bottom of the autograph. Second book is hardcover "Everything to Gain" by Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter. Signed "Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter" on the inside cover page. Book has dustjacket and is in good condition.
