Declined credit cards will serve to render winning bids void and we will immediately offer the items to underbidders. We will not call. We will not text. Declined cards will result in invoices marked 'unpaid' and will prevent you from bidding with White Goose or any other seller on the AuctionNinja.com platform. ALL WINNING BIDDERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW ID. The shipping address must match what is on the buyers credit card and ID, or we will not ship. Please update BEFORE BIDDING.


PICK-UP


**There is No flexibility on the PickUp dates**

Winning bidders must pick up their lot at the designated sale location within the assigned time frame as stated in the Pick-Up & Shipping Details tab within the auction and / or on their invoice. If not picked up then items are considered forfeited by the winning bidder and will not be compensated in any way.

We handle orders on a first come, first serve basis. To expedite service at pick up please TEXT (do not call) your name, invoice number and planned arrival time to the auction manager at least 30 minutes prior to arrival.

You are responsible for bringing your own packing, moving materials, appropriate vehicles, tie downs and man power.

WE DO NOT PACK OR MOVE. If you fail to bring help and are unable to remove your item during the scheduled pick up time, there will be a $100 restock fee.

RESALE CERTIFICATES

All resale certificates must be uploaded via Auction Ninja BEFORE bidding. Go to "Preferences" under the "Account" tab to upload.
