PICKUP REQUIREMENTS: For all auction pickups, at our Waterbury gallery or off-site locations, social distancing and wearing a mask are absolutely mandatory. Failure to follow these guidelines will impact your ability to bid on future auctions. As the winning bidder, you are responsible for bringing your own help to move/ load heavier items. Waterbury Auction gallery does not provide packing material for fragile items.

PAYMENT: All payments must be received within ONE (1) business day of the sale.

Winning bidders will have 30 days from the date of the auction to schedule an appointment; any items left over 30 days will be considered forfeited and be donated with no refund.

When scheduling allow at least 24-48 hours in advance from your desired appointment time; our appointment slots are honored on a first come, first serve basis and they are limited. We cannot accept text messages. Appointments requested via email will not be honored.

If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to COVID-19, please make arrangements to have a friend or family member collect your items and/ or contact us to re-schedule your appointment.
