SPECIAL COVID-19 INSTRUCTIONS: Due to COVID-19 masks are required for pickup. Bring your own pen to sign the release form. Please maintain social distancing. DO NOT COME if you are SICK.

To accommodate our customers we are offering extended pick up times at the address in Brookfield, as well as the option of picking up at our Waterbury location at a future time by appointment. The fee for transporting to Waterbury will be $10.00 per lot (maximum $30).This service will be available for small items only. We will not transport any large (if in doubt, ask) items to Waterbury. Small items are also able to be shipped using our designated UPS store. Contact the auction manager for details.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR ITEMS TRANSPORTED TO WATERBURY, YOU MUST CONTACT THE AUCTION MANAGER AND PAY THE TRANSPORT FEE BY VENMO OR PAYPAL, PRIOR TO ANNOUNCED PICK UP DATE.

Any items not picked up Sunday, February 7 by 3PM will be considered abandoned and forfeited and no refund made. NO EXCEPTIONS.

FURNITURE AND LARGE ITEMS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP AT THE BROOKFIELD ADDRESS. PLEASE DO NOT bid on the large items unless you can pick up at the Brookfield address. If you have any questions please call, text, or email in advance of bidding.
