PICKUP LOCATION(S): Not all of our auctions items are held at our Waterbury location; please take this in to consideration when bidding on each specific auction. Location will be indicated for each auction in our, “Where To Pickup” section.

PICKUP REQUIREMENTS: For all auction pickups, at our Waterbury gallery or off-site locations, social distancing and wearing a mask are absolutely mandatory. Failure to follow these guidelines will impact your ability to bid on future auctions. As the winning bidder, you are responsible for bringing your own help to move/ load heavier items. Waterbury Liquidators does not provide packing material for fragile items.

PAYMENT: All payments must be received within ONE (1) business day of the sale.

SHIPPING: Is available through our local UPS Store in Prospect, CT. Please reach out to Afif (store owner) at 203-525-8339 and notify us via email at waterburyliquidators@gmail.com. Please note, any orders totaling $200 or more will require valid proof of ID prior to Waterbury Liquidators releasing the item(s) for shipment. Waterbury Liquidators is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Once shipped lost/ damaged items become responsibility of UPS.
