Professional forestry helmet from Rockman. The Rockman Professional forestry helmet has a wide profile and rain trough preventing the rain flowing undisturbed down the back. Lightweight thermoplastic polyethylene helmet shell with UV stabilizers which reduce degradation from ultraviolet light. It will have the same stability against lateral impacts as the Premium Rockman helmet which is made of ABS. To help you be aware with your surroundings the helmet has a short peak for better sight. Mesh screen is nylon. To keep your cool on busy days there is a ventilation system on top of the helmet shell which results in a far better air flow than on the sides of most helmets. The flexible shell (of the helmets) is designed like a rigid cage, that absorbs impact by partial deformation. The same principles used in Formula 1 car production.
Excess energy is further taken by the DeFormaTec suspension.
For a comfortable fit there is a 6 point DeFormaTec suspension (woven nylon webbing) with custom ratchet adjustment system. For those on the move the low nape strap helps prevent the helmet from shifting on the wearer's head. The sweat-band is made from hypoallergenic fleece material. Easy to adjust straps allow for vertical adjustment for height. Meets CE as well as ANSI Safety Standards. ANSI Z89.1 / Type 1 / Class C and CE EN 397
