Very rude costumer service. Ed was not responsive and did not treat me like a customer at all. Was yelling on the phone. Would never recommend to anyone. Terrible experience and staff.

Tried to make pickup arrangements more than once by phone and email. Never got a response so I was able to pick up within the alloted 30 days. Cost me $120 won't be dealing with these people again. Sad bad business.
