All items sold to winning bidder are FINAL SALE/AS IS/NO RETURNS (We do our best to accurately describe, please read description carefully and look at all photos). We encourage you to ask questions prior to bidding. Most of our auction items are vintage, antique, or used and signs of wear related to age should be expected.

Items not picked up during this time frame will be forfeited.

Please bring a pen to sign your invoice or bring a printed and signed copy to leave with us.

-Winning bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed. Staff cannot assist in moving furniture and you must take EVERYTHING in your LOT.
