Items purchased were in truly horrible condition and should not be sold in good faith. Folks at the store were super nice though.

UPDATE - Mike gave me a full refund to remedy the situation. RARE for an auction house to offer refunds when a customer is unhappy. This is a stand up company who will do whatever it takes to ensure quality service and make customers satisfied. RECOMMEND!
