After local pick ups are completed we start our shipping process and will package and calculate your total. You will receive a shipping ...view moreinvoice via email and directions for payment. Once the shipping is paid we will send you the tracking number of your package. If the amount paid of item(s) within the package is over the insured amount covered by the carrier, additional insurance will be added. This will show on your shipping invoice. We elect the best method, carrier and pricing for your shipment. We DO NOT add packing and material fees to the shipping. We do recycle, reuse shipping supplies such as bubble wrap, paper, peanuts, air packs and sometimes boxes if available to us from our generous sources.

LOCAL PICK-UP: If you are in the Louisville, KY area and want to pick up your items please use the "CONTACT US" page and provide you Name, Invoice # and Phone #. We will gather your item(s) and call you to arrange a pick-up time. If you are sending another person, (other than who's listed on the invoice) to pick-up your item(s), they MUST show your PAID INVOICE and you need to confirm with us who will represent you. Bring your boxes, bags, tools if needed for your item(s). Loading item(s) you purchased is your responsibility. If you purchase something you cannot move by yourself, bring help. We will not be able to help you load.
