AUCTIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

 -•- To bid you must register with AuctionNinja and provide the requested information along with a valid credit card. This credit card will be charged with the total amount for the item(s) won, buyers premium fee and sales tax if required. This amount will be processed by Stripe. If you require shipping you will recieve a seperate invoice after it is calculated. (see shipping details below)

 -•- According to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, sales tax must be collected. Unless you have a valid Resale Certificate and intend on using your purchase in accordance to those conditions imposed with the issuance of that certificate. If you have one we require you to provide a copy of your Resale Certificate.  

VTT reserves the right to accept bids in any increments and starting bid amounts with the best interest of our client(s).

 -•- Do your research prior to bidding, know what you are bidding on before you bid. If you are the high bidder, at the end of the auction, you will be expected to pay in full. If you don't intend to follow through with payment, please don't bid. 

 -•- There are no absentee bids with this auction, only online bids will be accepted. Some of our staff may be bidding on items and they will be charged in the same manner as any registered bidder.

Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Vintage Time Travelers Ltd., Co. (VTT) or anyone including AuctionNinja if the service fails to work correctly at anytime. 

ONLINE CATALOG:

 -•- VTT reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog item(s) in our auctions at any time. VTT describes the merchandise in the auction but makes no representations of any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. VTT will not be responsible for any errors or omission in the description of the item(s) being auctioned. Bidders responsibility is to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factors before bidding. The photos in our auctions are to be considered a part of the description. VTT supplies ample photos when possible for you to review the item(s).

PICK UP INFORMATION: 

 -•- We request that you email us from the "CONTACT US" page with your Invoice #.  We will gather your item(s) and call you to schedule a pick-up time.  If you are sending another person, (other than who's listed on the invoice) to pick-up your item(s), they MUST show your PAID INVOICE and you need to confirm with us who will represent you. Bring your boxes, bags, tools if needed for your item(s). Loading item(s) you purchased is your responsibility. If you purchase something you cannot move by yourself, bring help. We will not be able to help you load.

SHIPPING: YES WE SHIP! 

 -•- 99% OF OUR ITEMS CAN SHIP.  There is NO CHARGE for Packing & Materials. We search the best method, carrier and pricing for your shipment. We sometimes recycle, reuse shipping supplies such as bubble wrap, paper, peanuts, air packs and boxes providing you with this FREE SERVICE.

-•- After local pick ups are completed we start our shipping process and calculate your total. You will receive a shipping invoice via email and directions for payment by Stripe. After payment your shipment is processed and you will receive the tracking number.  

-•- If the amount paid of item(s) within the package is over the insured amount covered by the carrier, additional insurance will be added.  This will show on your shipping invoice. We elect the best method, carrier and pricing for your shipment.

-•- If you have a shipping account you wish to use, we can provide you with the package details.
