Not scheduling shipping with the auction manager within the stated time frame, will result in forfeiting your items and a possible ban from future auctions at the discretion of the auction manager. Vintage Haus is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during the shipping process. Items costing up to $100 include free USPS insurance. USPS insurance is available for items costing more than $100 at the most of the buyer/winner and need to explicitly requested during shipping coordination, prior to shipping payment. Forms of payment accepted for shipping are Zelle/Venmo/PayPal/CashApp/AppleCash. Payment via PayPal/Venmo/CashApp/AppleCash includes a 3.5% fee. Please allow up to 7 business days after shipping payment is received for items to be shipped.

BIDS placed through the AUCTION NINJA website on behalf of VINTAGE HAUS are a binding contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due to VINTAGE HAUS including sale price, buyer’s premium, and all applicable sales tax and/or shipping costs. Please do not bid if you are unable to pay and take possession or set up shipping of the items in the specified time periods for each auction. All sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges or credits.
BUYERS PREMIUM:
A buyer’s premium will be added to the final price and will be charged to the credit/debit card on file within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Please consider this additional cost before bidding.
SALES TAX:
All sales are subject to sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the sale. You can do this when you register to bid on AUCTION NINJA. Your profile name & address must match your resale certificate. AUCTION NINJA will keep this information on file for future auctions.
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, AS FOUND.
While we will do our best to list any damage, repairs or restoration, the absence of these descriptions / conditions does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of our items are vintage, antique and/or pre-owned. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age, repairs, damages and alterations. The final judgement is ultimately up to the BIDDER. We will always share our best opinion as to what we think things are but please do your own research as well. Questions are ALWAYS encouraged before bidding! Electronics and/or games are sold UNTESTED, As Is.
