Shipping costs ARE ADDITIONAL AND SEPARATE from the invoice amount, and are based on whether items can securely fit into Flat Rate boxes. Otherwise, cost is based on package measurements, weight, and location. Please see accepted forms of payment further down this page. Shipping is to be scheduled within 48 HOURS of auction end. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to initiate contact VIA TEXT with the Auction Manager and begin the shipping arrangement. Please allow 72 hours for a response as it is a first come first serve basis. If you get any of my references (movies, songs, pop culture etc) that is in the title or description in any lot, and text it to me when you set up shipping, you’ll get $5 off (discounted from shipping). But you have to either finish the quote/lyric, name the movie/song & artist, or tell the person who said the quote (pop cultural references only), I’ll also accept random gif/pics relating to the answer, This is meant to be fun. Ok, keep reading- Not scheduling shipping with the auction manager within the stated time frame, will result in forfeiting your items and a possible ban from future auctions at the discretion of the auction manager. Payment must be received within One (1) business day of a sale. Please be sure to check and ensure payment has gone through. Vintage Haus will not initiate contact to collect payment.

Shipping IS available at the cost of the bidder. USPS Flat Rate or Ground. Combined shipping only available within each auction. Vintage Haus is not responsible for any items damaged during the shipping process. Insurance can be purchased for an additional cost.
Accepted forms of payment for shipping are Zelle/PayPal/Venmo/AppleCash/CashApp.
Payment via PayPal/Venmo/AppleCash/CashApp will include a 3.5% fee.

BIDS placed through the AUCTION NINJA website on behalf of VINTAGE HAUS are a binding contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due to VINTAGE HAUS including sale price, buyer’s premium, and all applicable sales tax and/or shipping costs. Please do not bid if you are unable to pay and take possession or set up shipping of the items in the specified time periods for each auction. All sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges or credits. After 24 hours any unpaid invoices will have lost the opportunity to cure and will be PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM FUTURE AUCTIONS. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure payment has gone through and the invoice is paid.
BUYERS PREMIUM:
A buyer’s premium will be added to the final price and will be charged to the credit/debit card on file within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Please consider this additional cost before bidding.
SALES TAX:
All sales are subject to sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the sale. You can do this when you register to bid on AUCTION NINJA. Your profile name & address must match your resale certificate. AUCTION NINJA will keep this information on file for future auctions.
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS
While we will do our best to list any damage, repairs or restoration, the absence of these descriptions / conditions does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of our items are vintage, antique and/or pre-owned. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age, repairs, damages and alterations. The final judgement is ultimately up to the BIDDER. We will always share our best opinion as to what we think things are but please do your own research as well. Questions are ALWAYS encouraged before bidding!
