Shipping costs are ADDITIONAL TO AND SEPARATE OF the invoice amount. Cost is based on package measurements, weight, and location OR feasibility of utilizing Flat Rate Boxes, at the sole discretion of the Auction Manager. Shipping is to be scheduled and paid for within 48 HOURS of auction end. Not scheduling shipping with the auction manager within the stated time frame, will result in forfeiting your items and a possible ban from future auctions at the discretion of the auction manager. REPEAT- IF *YOU* DO NOT SCHEDULE SHIPPING YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR WINNING ITEMS.
*Sometimes there are many invoices and shipping coordinations occurring simultaneously. All texts received within the 48 hr period will be honored, whether immediately responded to or not. Patience goes a long way with the Auction Manager, she will get to you as soon as she can.*
Every attempt will be made to ensure USPS Holiday deadlines are met.

Local Pickup on Sunday, DATE ONLY between 1pm - 4pm in Island Park , New York. No exceptions. Items not picked up during allotted time will be considered forfeited. We do NOT ship items.

The following information has been put in place to ensure a smooth experience for us all. Please review these guidelines and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have!
BIDS placed through the AUCTION NINJA website on behalf of VINTAGE HAUS are a binding contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due to VINTAGE HAUS including sale price, buyer’s premium and all applicable sales tax. Please do not bid if you are unable to pay and take possession of the items in the specified time periods for each auction. All sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges or credits.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A buyer’s premium will be added to the final price and will be charged to the credit/debit card on file within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Please consider this additional cost before bidding.
SALES TAX: All sales are subject to sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the sale. You can do this when you register to bid on AUCTION NINJA. Your profile name & address must match your resale certificate. AUCTION NINJA will keep this information on file for future auctions.
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. While we will do our best to list any damage, repairs or restoration, the absence of these descriptions / conditions does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of our items are vintage, antique and/or pre-owned. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age, repairs, damages and alterations. The final judgement is ultimately up to the BIDDER. We will always share our best opinion as to what we think things are but please do your own research as well. Questions are ALWAYS encouraged before bidding! Items are sold untested unless specifically stated otherwise.
PHOTOS are an integral part of the description. We provide multiple photos and measurements along with other pertinent information. Please take the time to examine and review everything. Again, please ASK QUESTIONS prior to bidding if you need further details!
PICK UP: Buyers must pick up their items at the designated sale location within the assigned time frame stated on the sale details page. The address will be sent to winning bidder via email. Please check junk/spam if you do not receive an email. We strongly suggest you bring packing materials and additional help if needed. We do not provide assistance to help you move items to your vehicle. Movers may be available at an additional cost however we cannot guarantee availability.
UNCLAIMED ITEMS will be forfeited. NO refunds will be issued and you are at risk of losing your bidding privileges. We understand that emergencies come up and will do our best to work within our means. This is not a guarantee nor should it be an expectation. PLEASE DO NOT BID if you are unsure about your ability to retrieve or make arrangements to claim your winnings. It is imperative that items are removed at the indicated days & times.
