We are committed to protecting your privacy. Absolutely no information is shared, with the exception of client arranged shipping in which case a copy of your winning invoice is provided to authorized shipper. 

1. Welcome to Uptown Auctioneers("we", "us", "our")! These terms and conditions govern your use of our online auction platform. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms. 
2. By bidding on any of our auctions, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Uptown Auctioneers.
3. All bids are final and cannot be retracted. If you are the winning bidder, you are now the owner of the item(s) you bid on. All sales are final.
4. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend auctions in certain situations, such as technical failures or suspected fraudulent activity. 
5. You agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to: bidding fraud, the use of fake accounts, and any actions that may disrupt the auction process. 
6. Uptown Auctioneers sells all items "as is, where is". We make no representations or guarantees with respect to items in the auction. All items are described to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee their accuracy or condition. Any warranties or guarantees are subject to the individual seller's terms, if applicable. 
7. Winning bidders agree to the buyers premium and state taxes (unless a valid resale certificate is filed with Auction Ninja PRIOR to bidding).
8. Winning bidders cannot take possession of their purchased items until the total bill is paid in full. 
9. Winning bidders are responsible for picking up their purchased item(s) on the listed pick up date(s). Failure to do so will result in the item(s) being forfeited.
10. Winning bidders are responsible for bringing supplies and labor for the moving of their items. There may or may not be man power available to help you pick up your item(s). 
11. Uptown Auctioneers does not do in house shipping but shipping is available through Newburgh Shipping Company 845-561-5950, auctionshippers@gmail.com
