Antique Framed Etching: Bachelor's Hall - Plate 2

It looks like it was hand colored at one point but many of the colors have faded. The yellow is still a little visible. It does need more of a cleaning and it has had some yellowing and discoloration. It measures about 10" wide by 8.25" tall inside the matte - the frame is about 11.5" tall by 13.5" wide.
