Please review all terms of sale below prior to bidding.

Bids placed with Unique Antiques of Connecticut on Auction Ninja’s website are a binding contract and you are responsible for paying all amounts due to Unique Antiques of Connecticut, including final sale price, buyer’s premium, and all applicable taxes. Please do not bid if you are unable to pay for and / or pick up the items during the listed pick up hours for each auction. All sales are final. No returns, credits, or exchanges. Failure to pick up items will result in forfeit without refund, NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not have room to store your items.

A buyer’s premium of 18% and Connecticut sales tax of 6.35% will be added to the final sale price. If you have a resale certificate, no tax will be charged if you provide a copy before the sale ends.

Please bring all packing materials needed to pick up. Packing materials & help with moving larger pieces are not provided. We are not responsible for accidents.

Again, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. Bidders are STRONGLY encouraged to ask any and all questions prior to bidding. While we do our best to list any damage, repairs, or restorations, the absence of these descriptions MUST NOT BE TAKEN to imply the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items in our auctions are antique, vintage, and used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age.
