- All sales are final.
- All merchandise must be paid for and removed at the designated day and times listed in the auction, unless buyer has communicated with Union Kettle Auctions at least 24 hours prior to the designated pick up time that they wish to have their items shipped. Please email us for a separate invoice for shipping and handling fees. A handling fee of $7.50 will be added for each lot that is being shipped. Shipping fees are not negotiable. All winning lots will be shipped out within 15 days of the payment being received.
- Bring your own packing materials and help if need be to carry your items out. Staff is not available to help you to your car.
- Social Distance and Wear Masks to protect others as well as yourselves .
- ITEMS UNCLAIMED will be considered Forfeited and left for Union Kettle Auctions to decide what to do with them.
