Appointment times will be strictly enforced to help everyone have a smooth pickup experience. We cannot and will not hold or transport your items; if you cannot pick up on designated pickup days within the appointment times, DO NOT BID IN THE AUCTION. Failure to make an appointment may result in forfeiture of items. We are suspending operations indefinitely after this auction; any items not sold or forfeited will be disposed of appropriately.

Trilogy Estate Sales, LLC reserves the right to ship with USPS or UPS *IF THE ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR SHIPPING*. All requests for shipping will be completed within 10 business days of the close of the auction. Your card on file with AuctionNinja will be charged. Once the package is picked up you will receive an email with the tracking number. If your card on file is declined and you fail to respond to phone calls, emails and text messages, your items will be considered forfeited without refund. If you request shipping for an item that is not eligible for shipping your order is forfeit and no refund will be issued.

All items are sold as-is and whereis. All sales are final. Absence of condition description does not indicate absence of damage. Bidders must ask all questions prior to the start of the auction's soft close, and rely solely on their own visual inspection of the images provided. An 18% buyer's premium is added to all winning bids. All sales are final. Please bring packing materials for fragile items. We do not provide assistance moving heavy objects, boxes, tape, or packing materials.
