"The Wall Street bull is a must have image for every photographer. This was photographed in 2005 during a blizzard. The snow was very helpful because it covered up the pavement and helped to make it a beautiful image. President Bush had also announced the beginning of the war against Iraq and there was a recession that year. I find this image to be very symbolic because although we were at war and in a recession, symbolized by the flag at half mast, the potency of the bull is a testament to the resilience of the USA."
