The shallow dish centered with a gilt-painted shou character within cresting waves, the cavetto with a quartet of gilt medallions enclosing character marks on a wan fret ground, all on a bright yellow ground dotted with polychrome clouds and bordered by bands of ruyi heads and key fret, the exterior decorated with foliate sprays, the base with a four-character chuxiugong zhi mark in underglaze-blue
