Seller gives 1 hour window to collect and cancels account if unable within that time. Awful service.

This is not true. Your account only gets canceled if you do not pay and do not contact us. Or if you lie about our business practices. If you can't make it to the pick up time we offer alternate pick up as well as shipping. We informed you of this but you never responded. I would suggest that in the future you understand the pick up window before bidding. And if you are unable to make the pickup window I would suggest you reach out to us in advance or simply do not bid.

Rapid response to all texts communications. but.....at designated pickup time a large German Sheppard (dog) was behind the front door & had to be tackled by one worker to restrain him. We were all outside the door but the door was repeatedly opened by workers and the dog was still there. Nobody relocated him. They lost one of my items. I was refunded but that's not the point.

Hi Lisa. The dog was not tackled and was simply held back so she did not go outside. As you admitted the door was opened repeatedly and the dog stayed inside without causing any issues or bothering anybody. I assume you simply dislike dogs because it is a bit odd that you would describe the interaction in this way when nothing happened, as shown on the security footage. As for the second part of your complaint, it is completely valid and we apologize profusely for this error. We work with many different consignors with thousands of items and we were mistakenly given an item that the consignor could not find. We are not proud of this and will be doing our best in the future to prevent this from happening again.

The items that I purchased are over estimated in the description and pictures causing buyers to over bid for them. Items are misrepresented

I'm not sure I understand your complaint. Our estimates are estimates provided by our consignor. All estimates are opinions and the price that you choose to bid up to is simply your personal choice. Furthermore, the price you won the item for was $800, which is nowhere near our estimate. I also do not understand the second part of your complaint. Our pictures are photos of the exact items you received. They do not misrepresent in any way and if you feel that way, it would be great if you could provide some examples.
