Items exceeding 2 lbs will require approval and we will send you a notification with a breakdown of the charges to review before we process any fees. Orders containing gold jewelry, coins or bullion will automatically require Signature Confirmation for delivery and a fee of $3.70 per USPS will be included in the shipping charges. Thank you.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
USPS SHIPPING
Unless otherwise requested and agreed in writing, all packing is carefully done in-house and shipping is arranged through the most economical service available with the United States Postal Service or UPS within 3 business days of order payment. If the shipping weight or your complete order is in excess of 2 lb or requires additional packing/handling, you will be contacted by us with the shipping arrangements to approve the costs before your card is charged. This approval request will be submitted through Auction Ninja so please be sure you have the correct email address in your profile, and check your emails for our messages. After two attempts without response, orders will be considered forfeited and no refund will be offered.

For all other shipping orders (2 lb or less), your card on file will automatically be charged for the applicable shipping fee indicated below (also posted in our T&C.) This additional charge will appear on your Auction Ninja invoice as a Misc. fee, and will show under your credit card statement as "goods & services" for our postage and handling. Upon processing and shipping, you will receive a Shipping Notification with a Tracking Number from us through Auction Ninja.

Important notes: The shipping fees are the responsibility of the bidder/buyer and are applicable as posted regardless of the hammer price, number of lots won, or bidder/buyer location. Items are shipped to the Shipping Address in your Auction Ninja profile via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, whichever is cheapest (unless service is not available.)

Multiple lots will be combined for shipping to reduce packaging and shipping costs, which are as follows:
> Packages up to 8oz: $7.46 (including NJ Sales Tax 6.625%)
> Packages 8.01 oz up to 1 lb: $10.66 (including NJ Sales Tax 6.6.25%)
> Packages 1 lb - 1.5 lb: + tax: $12.80 (including NJ Sales Tax 6.6.25%)
> Packages 1.6 lb - 2 lb: + tax: $14.93 (including NJ Sales Tax 6.6.25%)
> Packages exceeding 2 lb or requiring additional packing/handling: To be advised at time of packing

Tracking and insurance up to $100 value are included. No International Shipping. Additional insurance will be invoiced at cost if requested and is suggested for orders with value exceeding the $150. USPS Signature Confirmation at cost ($3.70) will automatically be applied to orders exceeding $200 or for any orders which contain gold jewelry, coins or bullion.

Additional handling fee may apply for orders which require additional packing material or time due to size of order or fragility of item(s).  This will be advised prior to invoicing for approval.
