 Auctions do not work like retail stores where you can return an item or get a refund. So, you must be sure that you can uphold your end of the agreement before placing your bid(s). IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP WINNING ITEMS PLEASE DO NOT BID. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING THE ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND - NO EXCEPTIONS.

SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE. WE USE USPS AND UPS SERVICE. A HANDLING FEE, WRAPPING AND PACKAGING FEE IN ADDITION TO THE SHIPPING AND INSURANCE COST WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL SHIPPING ORDERS. SHIPPING FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE. ALL ITEMS WILL BE READY FOR SHIPMENT WITHIN 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE LOCAL PICKUP DATE.

 If the name of the individual picking up the items does not match the name on the account/invoice, you must send an authorization to treasurechestestate@gmail.com before the pick-up date.
