If you are collecting property in person, please be prepared to provide photo identification. If you are authorizing a third party to collect on your behalf, this authorization must be provided in writing in advance from the email account associated with the winning bid.

IF AN INDIVIDUAL ARRIVES WITHOUT HELP TO REMOVE THE FURNITURE, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ALLOW THE PICKUP FOR SAFETY REASONS. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. LABOR WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO HELP WITH THE BIG PIECES, SO PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
For transport and delivery fees, please call us in advance at 908-240-7211. You will receive your order professionally wrapped, along with a copy of your invoice for signature.

Limited Shipping Available: Some shipping methods may only be available upon request. Please send inquiries prior to bidding. Shipping via USPS and UPS is offered only for CERTAIN ITEMS. An additional fee will be applied for packing, handling, and insured shipping. The shipping fee plus an additional fee will be charged to your card on file. PLEASE NOTE THAT Treasure Chest Estate Sales IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO ANY ITEM(S) ONCE ITEM(S) HAVE BEEN TURNED OVER TO A SHIPPING FACILITY.
