The buyer agrees that they MAY NOT RETURN AN ITEM THEY PURCHASED OR REQUEST A REFUND. Should there be any dispute after the sale, Treasure Chest Estate Sale’s record of final sale shall be conclusive.
If you are collecting property in-person, please be prepared to provide photo identification.
If you are authorizing a third-party to collect on your behalf, this authorization must be provided in writing in advance and from the email account associated with the winning bid.

The pickup address will be given to winning bidders via email. Please contact us if you don't receive this email.
Pick up residence is located on the six floor in a Co-op Building. There is an elevator for ease access and pick up. The buyer agrees to take proper care in avoiding any activity which will disrupt or inconvenience other residents of the property. There is an elevator and back exit from the residence for ease of transport and pickup for the buyers.

Pick up Instruction:

1) Furniture pick up is restricted on Sunday. The moving of larger possessions from the residence: Monday 10/30 10:00AM – 12:00PM. Labor will not be available to help with the big pieces of furniture, so please plan accordingly. We will do our best to accommodate you but can't always guarantee it.

2) Pick up the smaller items except the furniture: Sunday 10/29 11:00AM – 3:00PM
Please bring boxes and packing materials if needed for your auction items. All orders for each winning bidder will be ready for pickup.

If you can’t pick up winning items, please do not bid! The lots will be considered forfeited without refund- no exceptions.

We offer shipping via USPS and UPS within 3-4 business days after the local pickup. An additional fee will be applied for materials, packing and handling. Insured shipping at buyer’s requests and expense. Shipping fee plus additional fee will be charged to your card on file. Treasure Chest Estate Sales is not responsible for damage to any items once items have been turned over to a shipping facility.
