 The buyer agrees that they MAY NOT RETURN AN ITEM THEY PURCHASED OR REQUEST A REFUND. Should there be any dispute after the sale, Treasure Chest Estate Sale’s record of final sale shall be conclusive.

 If you are collecting property in-person, please be prepared to provide photo identification. If you are authorizing a third-party to collect on your behalf, this authorization must be provided in writing in advance and from the email account associated with the winning bid.


 The pickup address will be given to winning bidders via email. Please contact us if you don't receive this email.

 Pickup: Sunday December 3, 10:00AM – 1:00PM. IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP YOUR ITEMS ON DECEMBER 3, 10:00AM – 1:00PM PLEASE DO NOT BID. THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL OR ALTERNATIVE TIMES/DATES FOR PICKUP OF WON ITEMS. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ANY LOTS NOT PICKEDUP ON THE PICKUP DATE WILL BE DISPOSED OF AT THE BIDDER’S EXPENSE. Labor will not be available to help, so please plan accordingly. We will do our best to accommodate you but can't always guarantee it. Please bring boxes and packing materials if needed for your auction items. All orders for each winning bidder will be ready for pickup.

 We offer shipping via USPS and UPS within 3-4 business days after the local pickup. Shipping for some items may only be available upon request. Please send the inquires to treasurechestestate@gmail.com or via text at 908.240.7211. An additional fee will be applied for materials, packing and handling. Insured shipping at buyer’s requests and expense. Shipping fee plus additional fee will be charged to your card on file. Treasure Chest Estate Sales is not responsible for damage to any items once items have been turned over to a shipping facility.
