If you are collecting property in person, please be prepared to provide photo identification. If you are authorizing a third party to collect on your behalf, this authorization must be provided in writing in advance from the email account associated with the winning bid.

INDIVIDUAL MUST BRING APPROPRIATE ASSISTANCE AND TOOLS TO PICK UP THE FURNITURE. IF AN INDIVIDUAL ARRIVES WITHOUT HELP TO REMOVE THE FURNITURE, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ALLOW THE PICKUP FOR SAFETY REASONS AND TO AVOID DAMAGE TO PROPERTY. THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL OR ALTERNATIVE TIMES/DATES FOR PICKUP OF WON ITEMS. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. LABOR WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO HELP WITH THE BIG PIECES, SO PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
For transport and delivery fees, please call us in advance at 908-240-7211. You will receive your order professionally wrapped, along with a copy of your invoice for signature.

Limited Shipping Available: Please send inquiries prior to bidding. Shipping is offered only for CERTAIN ITEMS. An additional fee will be applied for packing, handling, and insured shipping. THE COST OF SHIPPING WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED ON YOUR CARD. Ensure your shipping address on file with Auction Ninja is accurate, as we cannot change the address once the card has been charged.

Shipping for large items: Drop-off is offered to UPS. An additional fee will be applied for handling. We are not aware of UPS packing and shipping charges. We can only drop off the items, and UPS will calculate the charges, which will be billed to your card on file or your account with UPS. PLEASE NOTE THAT Treasure Chest Estate Sales IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO ANY ITEM(S) ONCE ITEM(S) HAVE BEEN TURNED OVER TO A SHIPPING FACILITY.
IF WE DON’T HEAR FROM YOU REGARDING THE SHIPPING THE SAME DAY OF AUCTION CLOSE ITEMS WILL BE FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.

The pickup address will be given to winning bidders via email. Please contact us if you don't receive this email.
Pickup: Tuesday March 23, between 10:00AM - 1:00PM. Please note that the pickup door will close precisely at 1:00 PM.
