If you are collecting property in-person, please be prepared to provide photo identification. If you are authorizing a third-party to collect on your behalf, this authorization must be provided in writing in advance and from the email account associated with the winning bid.

IF AN INDIVIDUAL ARRIVES WITHOUT HELP TO REMOVE THE FURNITURE, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ALLOW THE PICKUP FOR SAFETY REASONS AND TO AVOID DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY. THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL OR ALTERNATIVE TIMES/DATES FOR PICKUP OF WON ITEMS. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. LABOR WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO HELP WITH THE BIG PIECES, SO PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

Limited Shipping Available. Please send inquiries prior to bidding. Shipping via USPS and UPS is offered only for CERTAIN ITEMS. An additional fee will be applied for packing, handling and Insured shipping. Shipping fee plus additional fee will be charged to your card on file. PLEASE NOTE THAT Treasure Chest Estate Sales IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO ANY ITEM(S) ONCE ITEM(S) HAVE BEEN TURNED OVER TO A SHIPPING FACILITY.
