Auctions do not work like retail stores where you can return an item or get a refund. So, you must be sure that you can uphold your end of the agreement before placing your bid(s). Buyer agrees that they MAY NOT RETURN AN ITEM THEY PURCHASED OR REQUEST A REFUND. IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER AND WOULD LIKE YOUR ITEM(S) SHIPPED, YOU MUST SEND US A SHIPPING REQUEST AT info@treasurechestestatesales.com or send a text with the order number at 908.240.7211. IF WE DON’T HEAR FROM YOU REGARDING THE SHIPPING THE SAME DAY OF AUCTION CLOSE THAT IS JUN 17TH ITEMS WILL BE FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.
A HANDLING FEE PLUS MATERIALS IN ADDITION TO SHIPPING COST WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL SHIPPING ORDERS. MULTIPLE LOTS WILL BE COMBINED TO MAKE SHIPPING AS COST EFFECTIVE AS POSSIBLE. ALL ITEMS WILL BE READY FOR SHIPMENT WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE LOCAL PICKUP DATE.


Pick up: Sunday 06/19 12:00PM – 2:00PM. IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP WINNING ITEMS PLEASE DO NOT BID. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND - NO EXCEPTIONS.
