 Auctions do not work like retail stores where you can return an item or get a refund. So, you must be sure that you can uphold your end of the agreement before placing your bid(s). ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS.

 LIMITED SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE. WE USE USPS AND UPS SERVICE. A HANDLING FEE IN ADDITION TO SHIPPING AND INSURANCE COST WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL SHIPPING ORDERS. MULTIPLE LOTS WILL BE COMBINED TO MAKE SHIPPING AS COST EFFECTIVE AS POSSIBLE. SHIPPING FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE. ALL ITEMS WILL BE READY FOR SHIPMENT WITHIN 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE LOCAL PICKUP DATE.

IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP WINNING ITEMS PLEASE DO NOT BID. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND - NO EXCEPTIONS.

 If the name of the individual picking up the items does not match the name on the account/invoice, you must send an authorization to treasurechestestate@gmail.com before the pick-up date.
 Labor will not be available to help with the big pieces of furniture, so please plan accordingly. We will do our best to accommodate you but can't always guarantee it. Please bring boxes and packing material if needed for your auction items. All orders for each winning bidder will be ready for the pickup but please give the people ahead of you enough time to pack their items.

For Tax-exempt purchases please make sure that you have uploaded tax-exempt information and certificate before bidding.
