Auctions do not work like retail stores where you can return an item or get a refund. So, you must be sure that you can uphold your end of the agreement before placing your bid(s). Buyer agrees that they MAY NOT RETURN AN ITEM THEY PURCHASED OR REQUEST A REFUND. If the name of the individual picking up the items does not match the name on the account/invoice, you must send an authorization to treasurechestestate@gmail.com before the pick-up date.

WE SHIP USING USPS PRIORITY MAIL. IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER AND WOULD LIKE YOUR ITEM(S) SHIPPED, YOU MUST EMAIL US YOUR INVOICE. A HANDLING FEE IN ADDITION TO SHIPPING COST WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL SHIPPING ORDERS. MULTIPLE LOTS WILL BE COMBINED TO MAKE SHIPPING AS COST EFFECTIVE AS POSSIBLE. SHIPPING FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE A DIFFERENT ADDRESS FROM YOUR WINNING INVOICE.
ALL ITEMS WILL BE READY FOR SHIPMENT WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE LOCAL PICKUP DATE.

Pick up: Saturday 05/21 1:00PM – 3:00PM. IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP WINNING ITEMS PLEASE DO NOT BID. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND - NO EXCEPTIONS.
