Winning bidders will receive address information for pick up via email - LET US KNOW IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THIS. Make sure you have selected in your dashboard to receive Auction Win instructions via email. Appointments requested via email or phone call will not be honored!

Pick up: Sunday 05/02 11:00am-4:00pm. If you cannot pick up winning items please do not bid. Items not picked up during allotted time will be considered forfeited without refund - NO EXCEPTIONS. SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE.

Buyers MUST bring help to move all furniture & heavy items. WE DO NOT Assist in moving of furniture. Please provide boxes & packing for small self packing items. It is your responsibility to load your vehicle.

For Tax exempt purchases please make sure that you have uploaded tax exempt information and certificate in Auction Ninja system before bidding.

Due to Covid-19 Masks and Social Distancing are required during pick up.
Please wear a mask and keep at least 6 feet social distance.
Please bring your own pen to sign your invoice prior pick up.
