Buyer agrees that they MAY NOT RETURN AN ITEM THEY PURCHASED OR REQUEST A REFUND. Should there be any dispute after the sale, Treasure Chest Estate Sale’s record of final sale shall be conclusive.

If you are collecting property in-person, please be prepared to provide photo identification. If you are authorizing a third-party to collect on your behalf, this authorization must be provided in writing in advance and from the email account associated with the winning bid.

The pickup address will be given to winning bidders via email. Please contact us if you don't receive this email.

Pickup: Sunday, September 1 10:00AM - 1:00PM. IF YOU CAN NOT PICK UP YOUR ITEMS ON SUNDAY, PLEASE DO NOT BID. THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL OR ALTERNATIVE TIMES/DATES FOR PICKUP OF WON ITEMS. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS DURING THE PICKUP OR INSIDE THE PROPERTY OR ANY AUTO ACCIDENTS INCURRED IN PARKING OR ANY PARKING NEAR OUR SALE!

Shipping via USPS and UPS is offered only for CERTAIN ITEMS. Please send inquiries prior to bidding. An additional fee will be applied for packing, handling and Insured shipping. Shipping fee plus additional fee will be charged to your card on file.
