I agree to forfeit my purchase without refund if I cannot make the pickup time.
Please view pictures carefully for condition of items. All items must be picked up within the times listed on the pick up date/s. If items are not picked up within that time period, or with approval from Travelers Antiques prior to the day of pickup, you are agreeing to forfeit your item/s and forfeit the money paid to Travelers Antiques. Also, by purchasing you are entering into a binding agreement that if you do a "charge back" on your credit card you are now agreeing to pay Travelers Antiques a $1500.00 fee plus court fees plus the original amount paid for the item/s. Auctions are binding agreements, please DO NOT bid unless you are fully capable of paying and picking up your items according to the terms stated.
Travelers Antiques is NOT responsible for helping to move or lift your items. YOU are responsible to have adequate help to remove the items you purchased from the estate. You can hire Travelers Antiques to move items during the alloted time frame, and pricing will be displayed at the front desk of the auction pickup.
By making a purchase you are agreeing that ANY AND ALL damage that occurs by a customer on pick up day or a day agreed upon by Travelers Antiques, to the home or landscaped yard or driveway will be the sole responsibility of the customer who must pay the homeowner to fix the damage that occurred by them.
This is in a development and on the 3rd floor.
There is an elevator but it's small. Many of the bigger items will have to be taken down the stairs from the 3rd floor.
