NOTICE OF PROPOSED PUBLIC SALE
John M. McDonnell, the chapter 7 trustee (the “Trustee”), not individually or personally,but as the Trustee for the estate of FAST TRACK TRADING, INC., (the “Debtor”), in this case proposes to sell property of the estate as described below. If you object to the sale, you must file a written objection and serve it on the party named below not later than 7 days before the hearing date.

If an objection is filed, a hearing will be held before the Honorable Michael B. Kaplan on _??? at 10:00a.m. at the United States Bankruptcy Court, Courtroom no. 2 ,U.S. Bankruptcy Court 402 E. State Street, Trenton, NJ. (Hearing date must be at least 28 from the date of this notice).
If no objection to the sale is filed the clerk will enter a Certification of No Objection and the sale will be consummated as proposed.

Location, Date, and Time of Sale:
The auction will be hosted online via www.auctionninja.com. Bidding will open on March 24, 2025, 7:00p.m. and the online-only sale will conclude on April 8, 2025, at 7:00 PM ET.
1. INSPECTION
-Prospective bidders may preview the item via the Auction Ninja website. No in-person previews will be available.
2. BIDDING
-Bidding will be conducted exclusively online via www.auctionninja.com.
-No live, in-person, or phone bidding will be accepted.
-The Trustee reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
-The auctioneer may extend the bidding time if necessary due to technical issues or last-minute bidding activity (see Extended Bidding Time policy).
3. DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY
Item: Autographed baseball signed by Babe Ruth, accompanied by authenticity paperwork.
-The auctioneer and trustee make no guarantees regarding the authenticity, provenance, or condition of the item beyond what is represented in the auction listing.
4. TERMS OF SALE
Bidding Format
-The auction is conducted by Tranzon Auction Properties (the “Auctioneer”) under the authority of the Trustee.
-The item will be sold individually, unless otherwise stated.
-The auction is AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties, guarantees, or returns.
-There are no contingencies (e.g., financing, inspection, or appraisal) applicable to this auction.
-The Trustee reserves the right to withdraw the item before the sale is completed.
-The sale is subject to the final approval of the Trustee.
-Extended Bidding Time: If a bid is placed within the final two (2) minutes of the auction, the closing time will automatically be extended by two (2) additional minutes. This extension process will continue until no further bids are placed.
5. BUYER'S PREMIUM & SALES TAX
-A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final hammer price (winning bid). The total purchase price is calculated as:
Final Bid Price + 15% Buyer’s Premium = Purchase Price
-State Sales Tax: The buyer is responsible for any and all applicable state and local sales taxes. Sales tax will be applied to the total purchase price, including the Buyer’s Premium, unless the buyer provides a valid tax-exempt certificate prior to payment.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
-Full payment is required at the conclusion of the auction.
-Payment will be made via credit card, bank check, wire transfer.
-Partial payments will not be accepted.
-The auctioneer reserves the right to resell the item if payment is not made within the specified timeframe.
7. SHIPPING & PICKUP
-All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
-The item will be available for pickup at the Tranzon Auction Properties office in Lake Como, NJ.
-If the buyer requires shipping, arrangements must be made independently. The Auctioneer and Trustee will not be responsible for shipping, insurance, or damage during transit.
-The buyer assumes all risks for loss or damage once the item is picked up or handed over for shipping.
8. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
-As-Is, Where-Is Sale
-The item is sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" without any warranties, expressed or implied.
-There are no guarantees regarding the condition, authenticity, or suitability for any particular purpose.
-The Trustee and Auctioneer make no representations regarding past ownership, market value, or investment potential.
-There will be no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
-General Disclaimer: The Trustee and Auctioneer assume no liability for errors or omissions in the listing.
-Descriptions are based on available information but are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate.
-Bidders are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before bidding.
-The auctioneer may correct, update, or modify listing information at any time without notice.
9. RISK OF LOSS & DAMAGES
-Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon completion of the auction and payment.
-The Auctioneer and Trustee are not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss after the sale is finalized.
-The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneer, Trustee, and their agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the auction or removal of the item.
10. DEFAULT & RESALE
-If the Buyer fails to pay in full within the required timeframe, the Auctioneer and Trustee reserve the right to cancel the sale and resell the item.
-Any price deficiency resulting from resale will be the responsibility of the original buyer.
-The Buyer will also be responsible for any legal fees or costs incurred due to non-payment or breach of these terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
-The auction is conducted under the jurisdiction of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
-Any disputes arising from this auction shall be governed by applicable federal and New Jersey state laws.
12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
-Registering and/or placing a bid signifies acceptance of these terms of sale.
Additional terms may be announced by the Auctioneer before or during the auction.
