Terms and Conditions for Online Auctions with Tranzon Auction Properties. 

1. Introduction
Welcome to Tranzon Auction Properties ("auctioneer"). These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our online auctions on auctionninja. By registering and placing bids, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms are general, and bidders should review specific terms and conditions for each auction.

2. Registration and Eligibility
2.1. All bidders must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
2.2. Registration is required to participate in the auction, and bidders must provide accurate and complete information.
2.3. The auctioneer reserves the right to approve or deny any registration at its discretion.

3. Bidding Process
3.1. All bids are final and legally binding.
3.2. Bidders may not retract a bid once it has been placed.
3.3. The highest bid at the close of the auction will be deemed the winning bid, subject to seller approval where applicable.
3.4. The auctioneer may impose bid increments, reserves, or minimum bid requirements at its discretion.

4. Payment Terms
4.1. The winning bidder must complete payment as specified on the auction listing after the auction closes.
4.2. Accepted payment methods include credit card, wire transfer, bank check or other means as approved.
4.3. Failure to complete payment within the designated time may result in forfeiture of the winning bid and suspension from future auctions.

5. Item Descriptions and Warranties
5.1. All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is," without warranties unless expressly stated.
5.2. The auctioneer makes every effort to provide accurate descriptions but does not guarantee the accuracy of item listings.
5.3. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items or request additional information before placing bids.
5.4. All items are sold as-is, where-is. While Tranzon Auction Properties will do its best to list any damage, repairs, or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items sold are antique, vintage, or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. Condition reports may be available. All sales are final. No returns, credits, or exchanges.

6. Delivery and Pickup
6.1. The winning bidder is responsible for arranging the pickup or delivery of purchased items within specified timeframe.
6.2. Shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
6.3. Failure to pick up or arrange delivery within the designated timeframe may result in storage fees or forfeiture of the item.

7. Buyer’s Premium, Fees and Taxes
7.1. A buyer’s premium may be added to the final bid amount. See specific auction listing for the amount of the Buyer's Premium.
7.2. Additional fees, such as transaction or processing fees, may apply and will be disclosed before bidding.
7.3. A Buyer's Premium will be assessed, and information is available on each auction listing.
7.4. State Sales Tax: The buyer is responsible for any and all applicable state and local sales taxes. Sales tax will be applied to the total purchase price, including the Buyer’s Premium, unless the buyer provides a valid tax-exempt certificate prior to payment.

8. Fraud and Misconduct
8.1. Any attempt to manipulate the auction process, including shill bidding or bid rigging, is strictly prohibited.
8.2. The auctioneer reserves the right to suspend or ban users engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. All disputes arising from participation in the auction will be resolved through arbitration.
9.2. The decision of the arbitration panel shall be final and binding on all parties.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. The auctioneer, seller, consignor are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the auction.
10.2. The auctioneer, seller, consignor are not responsible for technical failures or disruptions that may impact bidding.

11. Amendments and Termination
11.1. The auctioneer reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
11.2. Participation in any auction after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law
12.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws as stated on the auction listings.

13. General Information
13.1 All Property and Items are being sold as-is and where-is in every way. All information given is from sources believed to be correct, but is not guaranteed. Buyers are best advised to rely entirely on their own information, judgments, and inspection of the articles and bid accordingly. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment they feel is in the best interest of the auction, and the auctioneer reserves the right to stop the bidding if he feels a person's conduct, actions, or adverse comments are not in the best interest of the auction.

By registering and placing bids, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and any specific Terms and Conditions as outlined on the auction listings.
