Our office contacts all winning bidders throughout the day after the auction closes to give each customer a pick up time slot. This allows us to prepare your order ahead of time for a quick pick ...view moreup process. Please make sure the phone number on your account is correct.
Upon arrival, our team will greet you and ask for last name and time slot. They will then retrieve your order and help you load your vehicle. All orders of $500 or more will require a photo of your ID with your signature for confirmation and a photo taken with both by one of our staff members.
ALTERNATIVE PICK UP OPTIONS:
Shipping is available for most small items. We can also transport items to our Farmingdale NY warehouse to be picked up on a different date. Please view our "More Info" page to see full terms for warehouse transport and shipping.
