A vintage Hall China Company East Liverpool Wooden Cheese Board - Probably Walnut with a decorative ceramic tile showing Pheasants flying . It does have tape across the tile I have not tried to remove it so do not know if its holding the tile in and or if it has marked the tile. In Original box.
