Unusual Standing Tin Mid Century Or Earlier Lamp

An Unusual Standing lamp - its pretty tall with 2 Tin shades attached to a black metal fixture , I am not sure if this is earlier than the mid century era but probably early 1950s when designers were playing around with different metals - It has a heavy silver tin base .

Notes: Not tested - Wear to the metal parts - light rusting in places - needs cleaning. wear on the base .
