Three Hand-carved Wooden Shorebird Decoys

This is a set of three hand-carved wooden shorebird decoys, each uniquely painted and mounted on natural wood bases, capturing the essence of coastal bird species.

The largest bird in the center features a speckled gray and black pattern with an elongated body and a straightforward stance. Its deep-set eyes and slightly weathered finish suggest a vintage or folk art style, adding character and authenticity.

To the left, the bird displays a sleek, brown and white speckled design, with its head angled downwards as if foraging. The natural birch log base enhances its rustic appeal.

On the right, the bird exhibits a striking black, white, and gray color scheme with detailed wing patterns and an attentive posture. Its bright orange beak and legs provide a vivid contrast, making it a standout piece. The driftwood-like base complements its coastal theme.
